Description: This course will encourage students to push the boundaries of wood design in order to build a stool or chair that challenges commonly understood notions of what a chair typically looks like. The course will cover basic woodworking skills, material exploration, architectural drawing, and basic construction. Imaginative thinking is highly encouraged!
