Description: A kinetic object is a form that depends on movement for its effect. In this class, we will design and build objects that balance, swing, spin, shake, rock, and roll. We will study how different forces can be used to provide the energy to set our creations into motion and how the objects, once in motion, come to life. This is a design and build class. We will research, draw, write, discuss, build, test, rebuild, and install our work in various places around campus.
